Oommen was called to the Malaysian Bar in July 2005 and has a broad commercial practice, having extensive experience in a variety of complex and high value, multi-party corporate and commercial disputes. Oommen’s practice has a particular emphasis on shareholder disputes, civil fraud, conspiracy and other corporate-related wrongdoings. Oommen also regularly advises on various claims arising from the activities of the oil & gas industry including disputes relating to the construction of offshore oil & gas platforms. Oommen has appeared at all levels of the Malaysian Courts and has acted for clients in various domestic and cross-border litigation & arbitration.
